Tim Bradley began his career in commercial real estate in 1987, after graduating from University of Texas with an MBA in real estate and finance. He moved to Jackson in 1999 after two years with Kenneth Leventhal & Company and a 10 year career as a commercial appraiser in Dallas, Texas. Licensed as a broker and an appraiser, Tim specializes in the leasing and sale of office, retail, and industrial property in Jackson Hole. He has closed over 150 commercial leases and sales in Jackson since 2002.
James' family bought a ranch in Jackson Hole when he was seven. After graduating from Williams College in 1972, James moved to Jackson and owned and managed Wyoming Outfitters as both a retail and mail order enterprise. In 1988, James started his own clothing line called Ranch Exit. That venture eventually took James to Paris, France where he also worked as the European Sales Manager for Stetson and Resistol Hats, Dan Post and Lucchese Boots, Montana Silver, Cruel Girl and Cinch clothing in Europe. James began his commercial real estate practice in 1998 and became a broker in 1990. He is a member of the International Business Brokers of America and has received continuing education certification from the IBBA, GRI and CCIM.
James has experience both in residential and commercial real estate in Teton, Sublette and Lincoln Counties in Wyoming, and Teton County in Idaho. James has worked with local, regional and national tenants and investor groups. He is the Past Chairman of the Jackson Hole Land Trust, and is currently on the board of Jackson Hole Community School and Teton Literacy Program in addition to coaching youth baseball and teaching skiing. James also served as a board member for Good Samaritan Mission. He is the Past President of the Western and English Retailers of America and has also served on the Board of the Men’s Retailers of America (headquartered in Washington, D.C.). James received a Fulbright Scholarship to study in India in 1970 and he recently trekked into Tibet from Bhutan.

Tim is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Only 6 percent of the estimated 150,000 commercial real estate practitioners nationwide hold the CCIM designation. He has earned the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute, the highest designation available for commercial appraisal. Tim is a graduate of Leadership Jackson Hole, a past president of the Board of Directors of Teton Literacy Program and recipient of their Founder’s Award, and a two time board member of the Rotary Club of Jackson Hole.

Ray's interest in real estate began in 1976 as a carpenter framing houses in Sandy, Utah and Boise, Idaho. He received his real estate license in 1980 and began his career at Pioneer Realty in Jackson. In 1983, he moved to San Antonio, Texas to join Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services to lease and sell industrial real estate. Returning to Jackson in 1993, Ray's work in real estate has involved commercial and residential real estate. Recently he has assisted clients in the acquisition and sale of ranches & recreational land.
For 13 years, Ray served on the Town of Jackson Planning and Zoning Commission & Board of Adjustments. He served on the Board of Directors of the Teton Board of Realtors, and was its president in 2000-2001; and served as president of the Wyoming Association of Realtors in 2005. In March of 2010, the governor appointed Ray to the Wyoming Real Estate Commission.
