Tim Bradley began his career in commercial real estate in 1987, after graduating from University of Texas with an MBA in real estate and finance. He moved to Jackson in 1999 after two years with Kenneth Leventhal & Company and a 10 year career as a commercial appraiser in Dallas, Texas. Licensed as a broker and an appraiser, Tim specializes in the leasing and sale of office, retail, and industrial property in Jackson Hole. He has closed over 125 commercial leases and sales in Jackson since 2002.
Lane Hindermann was born and raised in New Orleans and has been living in Jackson since 2005. She is a licensed real state broker in Louisiana, Wyoming and Idaho, specializing in retail and office sales and leasing. Working as a full time commercial practitioner since 1983, Lane has represented transactions for local, regional and national tenants for office and retail spaces ranging from 800 to 100,000 sq.ft. and has represented both sellers and buyers for acquisitions of general and medical office buildings with value points up to $10,000,000.
Lane is a Graduate of Realtors Institute (GRI), a past Board Member and President of the Commercial Investment Division of the New Orleans Metropolitan Associate of Realtors, a Recipient of Service to The Industry Award in 2001, recipient of the Women of Year 2004 award; and multiple recipient of the CID Achievement Award for high volume of closed transactions for commercial sales and leases.
James' family bought a ranch in Jackson Hole when he was seven. After graduating from Williams College in 1972, James moved to Jackson and owned and managed Wyoming Outfitters as both a retail and mail order enterprise. In 1988, James started his own clothing line called Ranch Exit. That venture eventually took James to Paris, France where he also worked as the European Sales Manager for Stetson and Resistol Hats, Dan Post and Lucchese Boots, Montana Silver, Cruel Girl and Cinch clothing in Europe. James began his commercial real estate practice in 1998 and became a broker in 1990. He is a member of the International Business Brokers of America and has received continuing education certification from the IBBA, GRI and CCIM.
James has experience both in residential and commercial real estate in Teton, Sublette and Lincoln Counties in Wyoming, and Teton County in Idaho. James has worked with local, regional and national tenants and investor groups. He is the Past Chairman of the Jackson Hole Land Trust, and is currently on the board of Jackson Hole Community School and Teton Literacy Program in addition to coaching youth baseball and teaching skiing. James also served as a board member for Good Samaritan Mission. He is the Past President of the Western and English Retailers of America and has also served on the Board of the Men’s Retailers of America (headquartered in Washington, D.C.). James received a Fulbright Scholarship to study in India in 1970 and he recently trekked into Tibet from Bhutan.
